Star pairs such as No. 3 seed Mathias Boe (ARCSABER 11, SHBSC6iEX)/Carsten Mogensen (ARCSABER 11, SHB87LTD) and No. 2 seed Kamilla Rytter Juhl (NR-ZSP)/Christinna Pedersen (NR800, SHB-01LX) advanced to the last 16, proudly winning their opener in straight sets in front of their home crowd.
