YONEX Ladies Ready for TORAY PPO TENNIS

One of the WTA tournaments, TORAY Pan Pacific Open Tennis will start on Sunday, September 23rd in Tokyo. It’s the biggest WTA tournament in Japan and many world top players compete in the tournament every year. 

This time 8 YONEX ladies are going to play at Ariake Tennis Forest Park. The world No. 6 German Angelique Kerber (VCORE 100S), 2010’s champion Caroline Wozniacki (VCORE 100S), Ana Ivanovic (EZONE Xi 98) who became the finalist in 2007, Maria Kirilenko (EZONE Xi 98, PTGP125), Sabine Lisicki (VCORE Tour 97), Zheng Jie (EZONE Xi 98, PTGSPN), Ayumi Morita (EZONE Xi, PTGSPN) and Kimiko Date-Krumm (S-FIT) would show us their aggressive performances in Japan.

Also, 3 advisory staffs will compete in the qualifier. Andrea Hlavackova (RQiS 2 Tour, PTGP125), Coco Vandeweghe (EZONE Xi 98) and Erika Sema (EZONE Xi, PTGP125) will play for the main draw today.

As the Official Stringer, the YONEX Stringing Team will support the world’s top players on-site at this tournament, keeping their racquets precisely strung so they perform at their best.
