YONEX Ladies Ready for TORAY PPO TENNIS

TORAY Pan Pacific Open Tennis, a WTA tournament, will start on Sunday, September 23rd in Tokyo. It’s the biggest WTA tournament in Japan, with many of the world’s top players competing in the tournament every year. 

This time eight YONEX ladies are going to play at Ariake Tennis Forest Park. World No. 6 German Angelique Kerber (VCORE 100S), 2010’s champion Caroline Wozniacki (VCORE 100S), 2007 finalist Ana Ivanovic(EZONE Xi 98), Maria Kirilenko(EZONE Xi 98PTGP125), Sabine Lisicki (VCORE Tour 97), Zheng Jie(EZONE Xi 98PTGSPN), Ayumi Morita (EZONE XiPTGSPN) and Kimiko Date-Krumm (S-FIT) will show us what they’re made of in Japan.

Additionally, 3 advisory staff will also compete in the qualifier. Andrea Hlavackova (RQiS 2 Tour, PTGP125), Coco Vandeweghe (EZONE Xi 98) and Erika Sema (EZONE XiPTGP125) will play for the main draw today.

As the Official Stringer, the YONEX Stringing Team will support the world’s top players on-site at this tournament, keeping their racquets precisely strung so they can perform at their best.
