Q1. What first drew you into playing tennis?
I was watching Monica Seles playing on TV when I was four year-old. There was a commercial for a tennis centre and it looked like a lot of fun. I remembered the number, wrote it down then asked my mum to take me there. After about one month she took me for my first lesson and I fell in love with the game straight away. My father gave me a racket for my fifth birthday and it was one of the happiest moments of my life.
Q2. Which tennis players do you respect?
I respect all of them! It may look easy, but believe me, even when you are playing someone ranked far beneath you have to be 100% focused or you can easily lose. I donft take any opponents lightly; I respect them all.
Q3. What do you do on your day off? What is your hobby except playing tennis?
I read a lot. I also like to listen to music and watch DVDs, especially TV shows like Prison Break, Lost and 24. I am also studying for a degree in Finance, and learning Spanish. One of the things I most enjoy is relaxing with my family. I have a large family with many cousins and I love to visit them when Ifm in Belgrade.
Q4. What is your favorite food? Do you pay attention to what you eat to keep in good shape?
Yes, as a professional athlete itfs important to eat the right foods. For example, I avoid fried foods. My favourite food is Asian. I love sushi and also the black cod that they serve at Nobu, which is my favourite restaurant.
Q5. What you would be if you were not a tennis player?
Ifm not sure. Probably something to do with languages, because I enjoy languages a lot.
Q6. What do you want to be in the future?
Maybe I will go into business. But more importantly, I want to have a family of my own.
Q7. Would you let us know your family members?
My motherfs name is Dragana. She used to be a lawyer but she has been travelling with me to tournaments for the last seven or so years. She is like my best friend. She gives me great advice, she understands me and she supports me in everything I do. She is the perfect travel companion.
My father Misha and my brother Milos live in Belgrade. They come to a lot of tournaments too, but unfortunately not as many as they would like, because Milos is studying ? he is 16. He is also a very keen basketball player. They watch all my matches at home, no matter what time it is.
Q8. What do you think about your family?
I am very close to them. I miss my father and brother a lot, but I talk to them all the time. For sure tournaments are most fun when we are all there together as a family. My family have always given me great support. They never pushed me and I owe them a lot.
Q9. What kind of man is your type?
I like a man who has goals. A good sense of humour is important too, of course.
Q10. What kind of music do you like?
I like all kinds: pop, hip hop, R&B, even some Serbian music. I like Maroon 5, Leona Lewis, Nelly Furtado and many others.
Q11. Are you interested in any other sports?
Yes, my whole family has always been very into sports. My dad was a semi-professional basketball player and my uncle is a soccer coach. I like to play volleyball from time to time. I also like basketball, and each winter when I go to Australia I learn how to surf.
Q12. What do you think about fashion? What is your favorite style?
I like to read about fashion and see what are the new styles. For me, because I am all day in sports clothing on the court and at the club, I like to have the opportunity to dress up now and then. But if Ifm not playing tennis I like to wear jeans and maybe a t-shirt, some easy combination like that.
Q13. What do you think about marriage?
I would like to get married in the future and have my own family. That is very important to me.
Q14. What is your enthusiasm for the US OPEN 2008?
Ifm very excited about it. Itfs the yearfs final Grand Slam and a great opportunity for me. Unfortunately itfs the Grand Slam where I havenft had such good results, but wefll see if I can change that this year.

Q1. What first drew you into playing tennis?
My father played tennis and soccer, but since it was not appropriate for girls to play soccer , my father decided I should try tennis. So he gave me my first racquet. He also gave me the chance to try and see if I like it and I loved the game. I am playing tennis since and I am very appreciative to my father for giving me this opportunity!
Q2. Which tennis players do you respect?
I respect all of players who have achieved good results. Tennis is not an easy sport and it is very difficult to break through to top 50 and even to top 100 is very challengingcnot to mention top 10. Millions of people playing and just a few have this privilege to become a professional player.
Q3. What do you do on your day off? What is your hobby except playing tennis?
When I am having rest at home in Moscow, I love just spending time with my family and do not leave my house. But generally, I like making purchases, go shopping, go to a theaters or museums. This is another interesting side of life that we donft get to experience that often. Hobbyc many other things, for instance snow boarding, or fishing. I also like reading and doing crosswords.
Q4. What is your favorite food? Do you pay attention to what you eat to keep in good shape?
My favorite cuisine is Russian and Japanese. I donft follow any special diet, so luckily I donft have any weight problems, thanks god! But of course, I am trying to eat healthy.
Q5. What you would be if you were not a tennis player?
It is hard to say nowc course you never know. There are many different roads in life, but your goal is to find one and follow it.
Q6. What do you want to be in the future?
First of all, I am dreaming to achieve good and significant results in tennis and after I want to have a family and raise my children, trying to give them the very best and help them to become better than their mother.
Q7. What is your enthusiasm for the US OPEN 2008?
US Open is one of my favorite tournaments; I will be happy to get into 1/8 finals and if possible, even higher ? that would be tremendous!

Q1. What first drew you into playing tennis?
I accompanied my brothers Javier and Dario who played with their uncle and I began to play tennis.
Q2. Which tennis players do you respect?
I respect all the players. Today, the game is very competitive and players make a little difference. For this reason nobody knows who wins or loses.
Q3. What do you do on your day off? What is your hobby except playing@tennis?
I usually spend time to be relaxed with my family and friends. I go fishing, driving and see movies.
Q4. What is your favorite food? Do you pay attention to what you eat to keep in good shape?
I like roasted ones. When I am in tournaments or training, I watch what I eat. My technical team prepares foods for me.
Q5. What you would be if you were not a tennis player?
Sportsman. If I were not a tennis player, I'm sure that I would do some other sport.
Q6. What do you want to be in the future?
NowI'm focusing on my work. But if in the future, I will look for something that I like, because I think it is very important for me to do something with passion.

Q1. What first drew you into playing tennis?
My parents taught me to play tennis since i was 3years old and liked the idea that i would play it professionally one day,which came true.
Q2. Which tennis players do you respect?
I respect all tennis players which play fair.
Q3. What do you do on your day off? What is your hobby except playing tennis?
I like reading,watching movies,singing and painting.
Q4. What is your favorite food? Do you pay attention to what you eat to keep in good shape?
I like to eat any kind of light food but also eat lots of pasta,chicken and fruits. To keep in shape i just try to eat lot of small portions every two hours of the day.
Q5. What you would be if you were not a tennis player?
I always loved to sing so probably a singer.
Q6. What do you want to be in the future?
I want to be healthy,happy and reach all my goals in tennis and life!
