India Women’s Team Passes Round Robin as Top Group
- 21 May 2014
Host country India women’s team captured the top spot in the round robin, winning against Thailand on Tuesday, May 20th.
It was Saina Nehwal (NR900) and Ratchanok Intanon’s (VTZF2, SHBF1NLX) first time facing each other this year. Saina was leading the first game by 11-8, however, the 2013 World Champion caught up to 12-all.
