Koo Kien Keat has formed a formidable doubles team with his Malaysian compatriot Tan Boon Heong.

Together they became the leading men’s partnership in 2010 after winning gold for their country at the Delhi Commonwealth Games and silver at BWF World Championships held in Paris.

Koo was also a World Championship bronze medallist in 2009 and in 2005.
