The EZONE GT Driver features a head structure that combines a new Open Weave Graphite Crown material that reduces weight with a new Honeycomb Crown structure for added strength. The result is a 20% weight reduction for a lower and deeper centre of gravity allowing for a higher, low spin trajectory to maximise distance.

New Open Weave Graphite material

The new Open Weave Graphite material makes it possible to increase the strength whilst reducing the resin content. It also ensures the Crown is more rigid than conventional Graphite.

Namd increases snapback speed

The world's first use of the material Namd dramatically improves the interface adhesion of the graphite fibres and resin, resulting in a high strength and lightweight shaft. With increased flex and an unprecedented snapback, it produces a high initial ball velocity for maximum distances.Namd is a technology developed by Nitta Co. to uniformly disperse carbon nanotubes onto graphite fibres on a nano level.

Vertical Reality

Vertical Polish

Vertical polishing on the face is a design that breaks the common way of thinking.

Traditionally, face polishing is performed in a horizontal direction, but the 'EZONE GT' adopts a new vertical polish. A design that eliminates the need for grooves on the face, whilst improving shot accuracy off the tee. Yonex have realised distance performance and improved accuracy, with a design that is not limited by the conventional way of thinking.

A new face design concept

Fairway Wood and Hybrid

The Slanted Grooves prevent grass and moisture from coming in-between the club face and the ball, helping to stabilise the ball flight reducing left and right side spin for more accuracy.

G-Brid Graphite Hybrid

G-BRID technology produces a distance enhancing lower centre of gravity combined with the super soft feel of a forged iron.


EZONE GT

Flight distance is improved by up to 5% when compared to conventional irons as a result of increased ball speeds and a high but penetrating ball flight.

The EZONE GT adopts the tour proven G-BRID head technology. The head is manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum steel (Chromoly Steel) which has high repulsion properties. These properties are further enhanced by heat treating the face to increase power and expand the sweet spot whilst the hosel remains soft, allowing for easier custom fit adjustments.

G-BRID Construction:

Inserting the graphite dampening material into the cavity creates a softer hitting feel at impact by suppressing vibrations whilst also producing an optimal lower and deeper centre of gravity.
