Hewitt Fights For Win At Home
- 11 January 2013
The 31-year-old veteran has achieved great success in his career. With his first Grand Slam title, the 2000 US Open men’s doubles, Lleyton became the youngest male player ever to capture top spot at aged 20. In the 2005 Australian Open, he impressed the fellow people to reach the final.
In recent years, Lleyton has suffered from injury but he doesn’t lose the hunger for win. At the 2012 Australian Open, he advanced to the fourth round of men’s singles, and proved he can repeat his success in major tournaments. Regaining his form to raise the ATP ranking to 83 from 186 last year, Lleyton enters the opening Grand Slam tournament of 2013. We believe he would enjoy playing at Melbourne Park!
This year we are please to renew the contract with Lleyton for racquet, bag and shoes. YONEX shoes with our unique technology POWER CUSHION support his hard movement on the court to assist his quickness.
