2017 Yonex US Open Badminton Championships Return to Anaheim

Yonex will host this year’s 55^th annual Yonex US Open Badminton Championships at the Anaheim Convention Center Arena, the largest venue to date for this renowned event. The prestigous Badminton World Federation (BWF) Grand Prix Gold tournament attracts many of the world’s best players year after year. Yonex is proud to sponsor the longest running, largest international badminton competition in North America, comprised of 31 competing nations from six continents.



Popular local players including 2016 US Olympians Jamie Subandhi, Sattawat Pongnairat, Howard Shu, and Phillip Chew, will be competing as well as some of the greatest badminton players in the world, Beiwen Zhang, Lee Hyun-Il, Michelle Li, and legendary player Tony Gunawan will participate this year.
