2018 Australian Open: Day 10

Hyeon Chung continues his historic run Down Under by reaching his first ever Grand Slam semifinals.  The South Korean overcame Tennys Sandgren of the US in straight sets with a consistent barrage of groundstrokes. The NextGen champ will face the winner of Roger Federer and Tomas Berdych.

Former champion Angelique Kerber will face World No.1 Simona Halep in the semifinals.  Unlike in her previous round, Kerber made easy work of the big-hitting American, Madison Keys, with a straight-sets victory in 51 minutes. Kerber is currently on a 14-match win streak, starting from the beginning of the 2018 season.
