JAKARTA, Indonesia — The 2025 Indonesia Open concluded on June 8.
With enthusiastic home crowds at Istora Senayan and the elite of global badminton competing, Team Yonex athletes rose to the occasion, showcasing their talent and determination.
In the women’s singles final, it was a familiar face who lifted the trophy. An Se Young (KOR), continuing her dominance on the world stage, overcame a spirited challenge from Wang Zhi Yi (CHN) with a gritty 13–21, 21–19, 21–15 win. With her powerful footwork and unshakable focus, An Se Young once again demonstrated why she remains a top force in badminton. The win marked another title in a season where she has already claimed several key tournaments.

In men’s doubles, the spotlight belonged to Kim Won Ho and Seo Seung Jae (KOR). The Korean pair, both Team Yonex members, triumphed over Indonesia’s Sabar Karyaman Gutama and Moh Reza Pahlevi Isfahani with a composed 18-21, 21–19, 21–12 win. Their flawless coordination, sharp defensive play, and lethal counterattacks were on full display throughout the tournament. This victory marked their third Super 1000 title of the season and further solidified their standing as one of the most formidable pairs in men’s doubles.

In the women’s doubles final, China’s top-ranked pair Liu Sheng Shu and Tan Ning (CHN) emerged victorious in a nail-biting match against Malaysia’s Pearly Tan and Thinaah Muralitharan (MAS). After narrowly losing the first game 23–25, the Chinese duo came back with renewed focus, dominating the second game 21–12 and holding their nerve in a tense third game to win 21–19. Despite the early setback, Liu and Tan adjusted their approach and maintained consistent pressure throughout the rest of the match. Their ability to stay composed and keep the momentum going proved decisive. This win marks their first Super 1000 title of the season.

In mixed doubles, the French duo Delphine Delrue and Thom Gicquel (FRA) claimed their biggest title to date, defeating Thailand’s Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Supissara Paewsampran (THA) with a confident 21–16, 21–18 scoreline.
