For Andrea Hlavackova (RQiS 2 Tour, PTGP125) and Lucie Hradecka, it was the third time to advance to the semifinals of Grand Slam tournaments in 2012. And they moved ahead to play in the final of Wimbledon after defeating Flavia Pennetta and Francesca Schiavone by 2-6, 6-3, 6-4.
Andrea and her partner faced Serena Williams and Venus Williams, and the Czech pair took the second place in Wimbledon for the first time after playing bravely at the centre court. In this tournament, the Czech pair defeated No. 2 seed Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci en route who won the title of the women's doubles in Roland Garros, and achieved a high level of performance.
During this tournament, YONEX string POLYTOUR PRO 125 boosted Andrea. This polyester string was valued highly by USRSA playtesters. We received positive comments from them, "This poly is lively and comfortable form the very first hit. The balance of power and control is perfect. Even touch shots feel good."
In the final of girls' doubles, No. 7 seed Belinda Bencic (EZONE Xi Lite) and Ana Konjuh played against No. 1 seed Eugenie Bouchard and Taylor Townsend. Belinda is still 15 years old to win the second place in this Grand Slam tournament.
It was the great tournament for YONEX players and Angelique Kerber (VCORE 100S) reached the semifinals, Maria Kirilenko (EZONE Xi 98) and Sabine Lisicki (VCORE Tour 97) progressed to the last 8. All of them tried their best and showed excellent performance enough to present the capability of their racquets.
We upload a lot of impressions for VCORE and EZONE Xi series from countries all around the world. Please check them out.
