Ana and Angelique become semifinalists of BNP Paribas Open

Both Angelique Kerber (VCORE 100S) and Ana Ivanovic (EZONE Xi98) have become semifinalists of BNP Paribas Open 2012.

Angelique faced world #1 Victoria Azarenka, and it was her 4th semifinal of the 2012 season. Angelique’s WTA ranking is now #14 which recorded her career high (ranking as of March 19th).

While, Ana had to retire at the beginning of the second set of semifinals due to the injury. Hopefully, her injury doesn’t seem to be serious, she will come back to play in Miami later this week.

YONEX players will play at Sony Ericson Open in Miami this week. Please keep your eyes on them.

During the tournament, Stanislas Wawrinka (VCORE 98D) talked about his shoes; SHT308EX.

"I think the YONEX shoes are now amazing. They are really light and my feet don't get tired so that is something perfect for me. I think they fit my feet really well and I can move really well on the court."
