This issue applies only to specific products manufactured between December 2024 and March 2025 for the Japanese and Chinese markets. While the concern has only been observed in specific regional product lots, we are providing this notice globally to ensure transparency and the highest level of care for all our customers.

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, especially to those who trust our footwear in their daily play. We believe that being open and responsible, especially when things don’t go as expected, is an essential part of being a trusted supporter to your game.

Within about one month of use, visible damage may occur to the top part of the shoe—for example, peeling of the white outer material exposing the layer underneath.
