Illegal imitations of YONEX badminton equipment can be found everywhere!
There are many counterfeit Yonex products on the market, especially on online shopping sites (including auctions and flea markets).
These counterfeit products are difficult to distinguish from genuine products just by looking at them, but not only do they differ in specifications and performance from genuine products, they are also inferior in terms of quality and safety, and there is a risk of injury or accident. We are also working to take decisive measures such as uncovering counterfeit product-related businesses, but we ask that customers also take sufficient care.
To ensure that you can use Yonex products with peace of mind, we recommend that you purchase them from a reliable retailer.
Please note that after-sales service, quality assurance and compensation for damages are not applicable to products purchased through private sales, including counterfeit products, or products for which the purchase history cannot be confirmed (products that do not come with a warranty card clearly stating the retailer).
