EZONE and VCORE Leads YONEX Players to the Next Level

The 2010 Australian Open semifinalist Zheng Jie (EZONE Xi 98, PTGSPN) won the victory against the Grand Slam title holder at the second round of women’s singles on Day 3, January 16th. She faced  No.9 seed local player Samantha Stosur, and defeated the opponent by 6-4 1-6 7-5.

Hitting with her EZONE Xi racquet, Jie showed spirited play to return aggressively. After the match, she talked, “I’m really pleased with EZONE Xi 98 because now I have defeated Stosur twice. She has strong serves and it’s difficult to receive, but my racquet with PolyTour SPIN helped me to return her serves strongly.”

No.5 seed VCORE player Angelique Kerber (VCORE Xi 100) faced Lucie Hradecka in the second round of women’s singles. She played solidly as usual, and defeated the opponent in straight sets by 6-3 6-1. Angelique has good feeling about her VCORE Xi racquet and she said, “This racquet is outstanding. The VCORE Xi 100 provides great levels of spin yet the racquet feels very stable. The power I can generate from this racquet gives me the confidence to take my game to the next level.”
