During an extraordinary week at Wimbledon, Sabine Lisicki (VCORE Tour 97, PTGSPN) defeated World No. 1 Serena Williams and advances to the semi-finals. Meanwhile VCORE Tour player, Borna Coric (VCORE Tour 97, PTGSPN), continues his 2013 Wimbledon run after a straight-set win against Filippo Baldi in the third round match of the Boy’s Singles competition.
It was Coric’s ability to capitalize on break chances that allowed him to beat Baldi.
Securing four of five break points, he completed the match with a 6-4, 7-5 score line in just an hour and sixteen minutes.
